Objective

To acquire knowledge and practical skills in folk sport activities through the approach of adventure education, including the use of digital technologies and methods for planning and leading outdoor activities.

Prerequisites

In the short cycle programme, students need knowledge of human functioning, which gives students the opportunity to understand the movements to be made, in the foundations of grassroots sporting activities in the unb didactic. Knowledge of English is required at a sufficient level to read industry literature and guide course terminology in English.

1.Name and describe the basic principles and methodology of adventure education/sport.

1.Students will be able to plan and facilitate small-scale adventure education activities using appropriate methods and ensuring safety.

1.Develop and implement a small adventure sport activity, integrating the acquired knowledge and skills.
