About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills and improve them in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the speciality of paediatric onco-haematology in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Learning outcomes
1.Demonstrates profound and extended knowledge and understanding of medicine in general, but in the speciality of a paediatric haemato-oncologist he/she meets the requirements of the speciality and is in the forefront of the science and the professional area.
1.Independently plans and organises improvement and development of doctor's specialist professional competence; undertakes responsibility for work results of personnel groups and their analysis.
1.Independently formulates and critically analyses complicated problems of clinical medicine, critically evaluates studies in the area of medical science; conducts necessary additional analysis, when needed to justify decisions.
