About Study Course
Objective
The aim of the course is to develop students’ understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of human resource management in modern organisations, to acquaint students with current issues of human resource management, to teach how to analyse and solve problems in a work team, to master modern methods of human resources management, to conduct negotiations, to make informed decisions.
Prerequisites
The course requires students to have preliminary knowledge of management theory, business management methods, principles and business organisation.
Learning outcomes
After the completion of the course, students will gain an understanding of the application of current methods for human resources management in the global environment, strategic human resource management, as well as possibilities of modern human resources development.
After the completion of the course, students will be able to independently identify and evaluate issues of human resources management in different branches of national economy, evaluate the results obtained and interpret data reliability, strategically manage human resources in different organisations.
By acquiring in-depth theoretical knowledge of human resources management, students will be able to comprehensively identify and evaluate the causes of problems and find creative solutions, as well as present results, arguments and solutions verbally and in a written manner to industry professionals, staff and present results at scientific and practical conferences.
