About Study Course
Objective
To provide the resident with the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge of the professional healthcare process and the quality of incapacity for work assessment at the Health Inspectorate.
Learning outcomes
1.The resident understands the process of professional health care and the quality of incapacity for work assessment and the basic principles of medical ethics and deontology in the process of carrying out expert examination at the Health Inspectorate. The student understands the nature of the administrative procedure, the process of issuing an administrative act in an institution.
1.The resident understands the nature of the specific medical examination, applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the evaluation of the patient's medical documentation and in the preparation the conclusion part. The resident acquires skills in finding information in the stages of the administrative process, in choosing effective forms of communication and behaviour with different groups of clients of the Health Inspectorate when carrying out expert examinations and making decisions.
1.The resident is able to evaluate medical documentation, prepare a draft of the conclusion part of the expert examination, is able to apply the legislation on administrative procedure, and respect the procedural rights of the individual, is able to understand and evaluate the basic principles of medical ethics in professional work and make ethical decisions.
