About Study Course
Objective
To provide for learning both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, creating an understanding on suitability assessment of a person's health condition and on Latvian assessment criteria for functioning and work ability.
Learning outcomes
1.The student is allowed to independently assess the suitability of the person's health status, assess functioning and working capacity, prepare and draw up an administrative act.
1.The student understands the nature of the specific medical examination, the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and gives professional skills in assessing the suitability of the person's health condition (based on medical documentation), in case of need, in correct examination of the person.
1.The student performs a medical examination, works in accordance with the powers of a state civil service official or official, prepares administrative acts and makes other decisions related to individual rights.
