Objective

Give students the opportunity to learn in theory and practice a variety of outdoor activities related to the use of bicycles, their planning, organisation, management, analysis. To enable the acquisition of various non-traditional sports, their organisation, application and management for the active recreation of individuals, the restoration of emotional, mental and physical capacity in the open air.

Prerequisites

Knowledge is needed in organising and conducting infantry hikes and boat trips, general pedagogy, development, social and contact psychology, tourism and orientation basics and didactic, first aid, hygiene, sports theory.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students interpret knowledge and demonstrate reasonably critical understanding of scientific achievements in the study process of non-traditional sports and recreational activities (cycle rides), organisation and management of events.

Skills

1.Will be able to plan cycle rides in urban environments, rural areas, forest trails

Competence

1.Students are able to apply knowledge and skills in planning, organising, managing and evaluating different cycle rides.
