About Study Course
Objective
To ensure acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for public involvement and motivation for physical activity according to the requirements of sport medicine physicians’ specialty.
Learning outcomes
1.Knowledge of mutual interconnection of sports medicine as a multidisciplinary field of medicine and public health and activity. Theoretical and practical knowledge of public involvement in appropriate sports activities, national sports, sports for children, inactive lifestyle and its effects on health of individuals and the society in general. Prevention, diagnosis, dynamics, treatment methods of different diseases caused by physical inactivity, physical activities individually adjusted to such patients, restrictions of physical activity.
1.Skills to purposefully choose the most suitable examination methods; assess examination results and develop a treatment and physical activity plan.
1.Competence in solving different clinical cases, diagnosis, etiopathogenesis, treatment, prevention and care.
