Objective

Acquire theoretical knowledge, skills and necessary competences in the physical fitness control methodology. Promote the development of current modern research methods in the field of health and sports science.

Prerequisites

Study courses completed: Anatomy, Basics of Physiology, Age-related Physiology, Basics of Sports Biomechanics, Sports Training Theory.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Will acquire theoretical knowledge of the concept of physical fitness, its control possibilities.

Skills

1.Practical skills and abilities in assessing the physical fitness of different groups of people, test selection, standardization, data acquisition, compilation and processing.

Competence

1.Will be able to apply competences in the physical preparation control methodology to the qualification of a sports teacher, coach and other sports specialist.
