About Study Course
Objective
To integrate patient care and related manipulations in accordance with the profession standard, nursing ethics, and the knowledge, skills and competences acquired during the 1st year of study and 3rd semester of the 2nd year of study. To apply positive communication skills to the care process of the patient, as well as working with his/her relatives and other team members. To base the practical activity on legal and ethical principles.
Prerequisites
Clinical care and rehabilitation of the patient, Pharmacology, Patient and work environment safety, Surgical and Internal diseases.
Learning outcomes
Of clinical procedures; care activities that ensure patient needs.
Practical skills in carrying out clinical procedures, including: enteral and parenteral input of medicines, sample collection for laboratory investigation, preparation of a patient before diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, carrying out surgical procedures.
Ability to work as a professional, integrating theoretical and professional knowledge, including personal skills.
