Knowledge
Students will have acquired knowledge that enables them to:
-have knowledge about the basics of project management, principles of work organization;
-know the basic principles of project planning and implementation phases;
-understand and analyse the problems in the implementation process of the project.
Skills
The student will be able to:
- participate in the process of health care project organization and implementation;
- plan the project progress, attract financial investment and organize work of the involved parties concerned, assess project risks.
Competence
The student will be able to:
-develop and implement projects related to health care.
