Objective

Develop critical thinking and analytical skills by studying in depth the principles of patient treatment planning and evaluation of therapeutic strategies.

Prerequisites

Successfully completed the preclinical course of Preclimnical course in Prosthetic Dentistry I, II, III. Successfully completed study course dental anatomy, physics and biomaterials skull aspects, emergency medical assistance, radiology, normal physiology, oral pathology diagnostics, clinical pharmacology, prostodontic clinic Dental technical laboratory.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Explain the basic principles for assessing dental prognosis on the basis of which an optimal treatment plan will be offered to the patient.

Skills

1.Develop a patient-centered treatment plan taking into account specific clinical situations and patient needs.

Competence

1.Develop a patient-centered treatment plan identifying treatment problems, taking into account individual needs, health conditions and preferences, and providing alternative treatment options. Proves the proposed treatment plan on a science-based approach.
