About Study Course
Objective
To acquire professional qualifications of a senior sports coach, to be able to plan, organise, manage and interdisciplinary (study courses in anatomy, psychology, pedagogy, physiology, biomechanics) evaluate the methodology of the training process of the selected sport, organise and manage competitions in compliance with the standard requirements of the profession of senior sports coach of the sport.
Prerequisites
Basic gymnastics and didactics, teaching and learning, general developmental psychology, human function1, basic knowledge, skills and competences in general and special physical fitness.
Learning outcomes
1.Identify the historical aspects of the development of the chosen sport in the world and Europe.
1.Develop a competition regulation in a chosen sport; explain the conformity of the regulations with the planned level of competition (county, city, state, etc.).
1.To be able to use interdisciplinary, methodological and problem-solving skills independently to select training/training methods, means, resources appropriate to the training objectives, tasks and achievable training outcomes according to the person’s abilities, performance, age and individual development opportunities over a specific cycle appropriate to the person’s needs.
