Objective

Enable students to learn in depth and interdisciplinary (training theory, anatomy, pedagogy) the teaching methodology of athletics disciplines and basic exercises and the specificities of their application during the sports and health class. Learn the basics of athletics terminology in English.

Prerequisites

Basic skills in demonstrating athletics exercises and disciplines. Knowledge of didactic basic principles in teaching and ability to put into practice.

Knowledge

1.Knowledge of the performance and learning methodology of athletics exercises and disciplines in athletics in specific class groups and age stages.

Skills

1.Skills to perform athletics exercises. Spot and correct inaccuracies in their performance and that of students.

Competence

1.Competence to reasonably select athletics exercises and their dosage for teaching - improving athletics disciplines and exercises.
