Objective
To teach the technique of performing sports massages – basic techniques and auxiliary techniques.
Prerequisites
Knowledge acquired in medical and biological subjects at LASE in the 1st and 2nd year of studies. Basic knowledge of anatomy and knowledge of sports physiology.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.Will be familiar with and able to use massage techniques and procedures, physiological effect mechanisms, massage procedure methodology in sports practice.
Skills
1.Will be able to perform massage techniques according to indications.
Competence
1.Able to independently perform a massage procedure according to the guidelines.
