About Study Course
Objective
To ensure acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in urology in accordance with the requirements of the surgery specialty regulation in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the surgeon specialty.
Learning outcomes
1.- about the aetiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology and differential diagnosis of the most common acquired diseases of the human genitourinary system,
- theoretical basis and indications for urological surgery,
- aetiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology of acute urological diseases,
- methods of examination and diagnosis used in urology, instruments used, catheters, dilators.
1.- to examine and assess the patient’s general and local condition correctly;
- to perform bladder catheterisation, trocar cystostomy of the bladder.
1.To provide first aid and emergency qualified assistance to patients with an urological pathology.
