About Study Course
Objective
To enhance knowledge and facilitate the acquisition of project management skills, based on Prince2 and Agile methodologies, as well as the work practices of international companies in applying these methods. It aims to develop and implement new products, services, or solutions that meet the company's needs and specified requirements.

Learning outcomes
1.Students will acquire the following knowledge as a result of the course:
1. They will be able to define the essence of the PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies and compare their main differences.
2. They will be able to describe the stages of the project life cycle and their objectives within the PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
3. They will be able to identify and characterize the roles and responsibilities of team members in the PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
4. They will be able to describe how to develop a high-level project plan and a stage plan, as well as explain the principles of risk assessment and quality management within PRINCE2.
5. They will be able to explain how to develop a project vision, create a product backlog, assess the team’s capacity, and develop a release plan within Agile.
1.Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired the following skills:
1. They will be able to evaluate and adapt project management approaches (PRINCE2 or Agile) according to the specific needs of a company or project.
2. They will be able to plan and structure the stages of project development and implementation in accordance with the requirements of the respective methodology.
3. They will be able to prepare project documentation in accordance with PRINCE2 or Agile requirements (for example, a project vision, a high-level project plan, a product backlog, a release plan, etc.).
4. They will be able to apply risk management, quality control, and monitoring methods during project implementation.
5. They will be able to plan the project team, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, and promote effective teamwork.
1.Upon completion of the course, students will have developed the following competences:
1. They will be able to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical solutions and make well-founded decisions regarding the selection and application of the most appropriate project management approach (PRINCE2 or Agile), in accordance with the needs and strategic objectives of a company or organisation.
2. They will be able to develop a project from the initial idea to the implementation plan, as well as formulate and structure business requirements in accordance with project needs.
3. They will be able to plan the course of project development and implementation, identify risks and quality deficiencies within the project, and make the necessary improvements to achieve the project objective.
4. They will be able to work effectively in a project team, collaborating with various stakeholders and adapting to changing circumstances.
5. They will be able to discuss the most appropriate solutions for achieving the project objective, identify challenges within the project team, and facilitate the implementation of improvements.
