Food and Drinks

The Daily lunch restaurant on the ground floor in Block E of the University's main building (16 Dzirciema iela) is open on weekdays from 8:00 till 17:00, and on Saturdays from 9:00 till 15:00. The cafeteria section operates every weekday from 11:00 till 19:00. There is also a canteen in the Medical Education Technology Centre which has the same opening hours as in the min building (Saturdays 10:00 - 15:00).

The canteen offers different types of salads, main courses, pastries, sweets, hot and cold drinks, and other snacks. All food items are to be selected and paid for in a self-service area adjacent to a spacious lunch hall which can also be used for informal meetings, conferences, workshops, and other occasions. The restaurant accepts cash and credit/debit cards.

There are different vending machines in all RSU buildings, where food is also available outside of the Daily lunch restaurants' working hours, as well as self-service kitchens where you can heat your own food.
