Database PubMed is the main bibliographical database of the United States National Library of Medicine.
There are freely available bibliographic descriptions of online biomedical journal articles.
Full texts are available only for some part of publications

ClinicalKey is a medical search engine and database tool owned by medical and scientific publishing company Elsevier that offers access to the medical library published by that company. Users of ClinicalKey are given full-text access to over 500 of Elsevier's journals, 1000 books, and 9,000 medical and procedural videos. To help users decide which are the most relevant articles and authoritative authors, the system provides a series of original reviews by subject matter experts known as First Consult.

AccessMedicine from McGraw-Hill Medical is a comprehensive online medical resource that provides a complete spectrum of knowledge from the best minds in medicine, with essential information accessible anywhere. AccessMedicine contains full text for more than 80 textbooks, a unique collection of more than 250 examination and procedural videos, to more than 1,000 diagnoses through Diagnosaurus, practice guidelines, diagnostic tests, patients education information, drug database, images, etc.

AccessPharmacy gives pharmacy students instant access to multimedia and pharmacy textbooks that will establish an important foundation for learning, and allows practicing pharmacists to get information instantly about drugs, herbs and supplements, and consult features and editorials concerning the vast array of current pharmacy publications.

Ebrary Academic Complete collection is a multidisciplinary collection of over 125,000 scholarly e-books from leading scholarly publishers.

ScienceDirect is Elsevier’s leading information solution for researchers, teachers, students, health care professionals and information professionals. It combines authoritative, full-text scientific, technical and health publications with smart, intuitive functionality. ScienceDirect contains full text for more than 2000 journals since 2002.

Academic Search Complete – multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 8,500 full-text periodicals, including more than 7,300 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 12,500 journals and a total of more than 13,200 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc.
Communication & Mass Media Complete - communication and mass media database with abstracts for more than 570 journals and full text for over 450 journals.
Dentistry & Oral Sciences Source - including dental public health, endodontics, facial pain & surgery, odontology, oral & maxillofacial pathology/surgery/radiology, orthodontology, pediatric dentistry, periodontology, and prosthodontics.
ERIC - provides access to education literature and resources, contains more than 1.3 million records.
GreenFILE - collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more, provides indexing and abstracts for more than 384,000 records, as well as Open Access full text for more than 4,700 records.
Health Source: Consumer Edition – collection of consumer health information available to libraries worldwide, providing information on many health topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health. Database provides access to nearly 80 full text, consumer health magazines.
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition – database provides nearly 550 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines.
Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts (LISTA) - indexes more than 560 core journals, nearly 50 priority journals, and nearly 125 selective journals; plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more.
MasterFILE Premier - multidisciplinary database provides full text for nearly 1,700 periodicals with full-text information dating as far back as 1975, contains full text for nearly 500 reference books and over 164,400 primary source documents, as well as an Image Collection of over 592,000 photos, maps & flags.
MEDLINE - provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more, citations from over 5,400 current biomedical journals.
MEDLINE with Full Text - authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and pre-clinical sciences found on MEDLINE, plus the database provides full text for more than 1,470 journals indexed in MEDLINE.
SocINDEX with full text – the world's most comprehensive and highest quality sociology research database. The database features more than 2.1 million records with subject headings from a 20,000+ term sociological thesaurus designed by subject experts and expert lexicographers. SocINDEX with Full Text contains full text for more than 860 journals dating back to 1908. This database also includes full text for more than 830 books and monographs, and full text for over 16,800 conference papers.

SCOPUS is a multi-field abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature of the publishing company ELSEVIER containing nearly 20 000 journals from around 5000 publishers and 4.6 million conference proceedings. Scopus also offers article summaries and possibility to download full texts from full-text databases, such as ScienceDirect, SAGE and others. Full texts can be downloaded solely from those journals available in databases subscribed to by RSU or free access databases.Database Scopus provides RSU academic and administrative staff with access to information about publications in the leading scientific journals and their citations by thus enabling to assess scientific achievements of publication authors.

Web of Science database contains information about around 12 000 journals in natural sciences, social sciences, humanities and arts by offering biographical information and citation reports. Database offers wide opportunities for searching, selecting and analysing the results.
EndNote is an online tool for reference management available for Web of Science subscribers. It is designed for aggregating and organising references, drafting of bibliographies of particular format. Registration is required for commencing work with EndNote. For registration enter Web of Science database and find EndNote icon on the upper bar. The majority of databases subscribed by RSU allow importing of reference data to EndNote. References that are not subject to importing can be also entered manually. References might be arranged in groups or bibliography might be drafted according to the selected format.
For users of research platform free of charge training and online video archive with useful tips for information search and database use are available.

PEN database provides access to information on evidence-based researches in food and nutrition. It was established by the associations of dietologists and nutrition specialists from Canada, Great Britain and Australia.
A limited number of nutrition teachers and students are eligible to access the database solely with their RSU usernames and passwords.

The Cochrane Library is a collection of six databases that contain different types of high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making, and a seventh database that provides information about Cochrane groups.

DynaMed Plus is the clinical reference tool that clinicians go to for answers. Content is written by a world-class team of physicians who synthesize the evidence and provide objective analysis.

UpToDate is an e-resource designed to provide physicians the access to current clinical information. It addresses specific clinical issues in the form of topic reviews. Topic reviews include very specific clinical titles. Text includes embedded links to MEDLINE abstracts of referenced studies and other related topic reviews. Reviews may also include links to charts, X rays, photographs, movies, and drug information. UpToDate covers primarily internal medicine and its subspecialties.
Limited access for RSU Medical faculty students 5th and 6th study year, teachers and 100 residents.
