Objective

To acquire and apply modern, evidence-based comprehensive special physical training (exercises/exercises for the development of physical characteristics of speed, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, etc.) in teams, individual sports, fitness industry.

Prerequisites

General secondary education, 1st study year of human functioning, General physical fitness study course.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Identify and name methods and means of developing strength as a physical attribute in team sports.

Skills

1.Demonstrate exercises without/with equipment (small equipment, TRX suspension systems, specialized equipment in various sports) that use strength as a physical attribute in team/individual sports and/or fitness.

Competence

1.Record in a synopsis, demonstrate and interdisciplinary (anatomy, gymnastics) explain the application of special physical training exercises/exercises with and without equipment acquired physical properties (strength, speed, flexibility, coordination) in the main part of the training/lesson.
