Objective

Provide interdisciplinary knowledge of special physical training as part of the course, acquiring state-of-the-art evidence-based comprehensive special physical fitness (speed, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, etc. physical performance development exercises/exercises) techniques, instruments and technologies in the team, individual sports, fitness sector.

Prerequisites

Foreground in the theory of sports training is recommended in order to be able to navigate the structure and methodology of the creation of a sports class; in anatomy, in order to know the structure of the human body; physiology to understand basic principles of human functioning; in pedagogy, so that students understand what the basic conditions of learning and teaching are.
