On Wednesday, 11 December, a delegation from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences visited the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Medical Education Technology Centre (METC) to discuss opportunities for promoting cooperation in the field of military medicine and disaster medicine, as well as cooperation opportunities in the context of international projects.
Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) has been included in the prestigious QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2025 for the first time. This ranking evaluates the sustainability performance of universities. This marks the third year RSU has participated in the rankings, and the result reflects the University's increased efforts and focused work in addressing sustainability issues.
Last year, the United Nations (UN) General Assembly declared the International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development (2024-2033). Until 31 December this year, there is the opportunity to submit initiatives, projects and programmes to implement the objectives of the International Decade by filling in an online questionnaire.
