The FDI World Dental Federation (FDI) has published a White Paper on using artificial intelligence (AI) in dentistry.
The report recognises AI as a key technology for the future of the dental profession and how it can help achieve the FDI's Vision 2030 strategy for optimal oral health for all.

On Friday, 10 February, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) celebrated almost 400 Latvian and international students as they received their long-awaited diplomas. The winter graduation ceremonies could finally take place in person after a two-year break.

RSU management will address the graduates as will representatives of the state administration, and Riga Technical University (RTU) with which RSU has joint study programmes. The band Dziļi violets will play for the graduates, and musician Nauris Brikmanis will be the host of the event.
Young as well as experienced researchers from Latvia and abroad are getting ready to present a total of 1,118 research papers at the five international conferences that are part of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Research Week 2023. Research Week is held every two years and will take place between 27 and 31 March this year. The topics covered in the series of conferences range from health care and medicine to social sciences.
