Olga Leontjeva is an experienced lecturer and researcher specialising in human resource management, organisation development and management science. Olga Leontjeva delivers various courses in management, including human resource management and talent management, at several universities in Spain and Latvia. She holds a doctoral degree in management from the University of Latvia and is an active member of several professional associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management. The lecturer’s research activities also include international projects and educational development.
