Objective

To develop students’ understanding of conflict resolution and personnel management, in particular personnel counselling, to improve skills in doing that.

Prerequisites

Social psychology, basics of management.

Students understand modern conflict resolution and personnel counselling approaches, methods and strategies.

Skills

Students know how to find the most adequate conflict resolution and counselling strategy in a specific situation and substantiate their choice.

Competence

Students are able to consult a person and to resolve a conflict by using obtained knowledge in research and practical activity.
