Knowledge of the basic principles of drawing up a project and project management, project team management, SWOT analysis and risk management, project financial management and project evaluation criteria.
Skills
Ability to apply the basic principles of drawing up a project and project management, to plan the project activities and manage the project finances and to set the project quality criteria. Ability to do SWOT analysis, identify, manage and analyse risks.
Competence
Ability to get involved and participate in projects related to health care and social welfare, using the basic principles of project management.
