About Study Course
Objective
To prepare laboratory doctors capable of purposefully using laboratory testing methods for diagnostics of cardiovascular, renal, pulmonary, endocrinological, rheumatic, hepatic and other diseases. To understand the link between diagnostics, differential diagnostics of different diseases and laboratory tests. To master theoretical knowledge and practical skills. To apply examination algorithms and to interpret the results.
Learning outcomes

- to characterise diagnostics and differential diagnostics of jaundice;
- to evaluate clinical significance of inflammation markers;
- to characterise laboratory diagnostics of renal, pulmonary, endocrinological diseases;
- to know reference values of laboratory tests characterising the functional status of organs and factors that affect them.
1.- to perform biochemical, haematological and immunochemical examinations to diagnose different diseases;
