Objective

Gain an understanding of physiological changes during pregnancy (cardiovascular system, respiratory relevance, muscle and skeletal changes and other physiological changes during pregnancy). Learn the principles of contraindication and safety when exercising during pregnancy. Acquire knowledge of the need for physical activity during pregnancy and the importance of physical fitness in childbirth. Learn exercises to apply to a variety of physiological problems during pregnancy.
