About Study Course
Objective
The objective of this course is to introduce students to the main areas of international law of the sea, including: delimitation of maritime zones and their legal nature, marine environmental problems and ways to solve them, marine scientific research and fishing, common property of mankind and the interests of individual states, maritime dispute resolution.

1.On completion of the study course, students will be able to:

2. Describe the key institutes of the International Law of the Sea.
3. Explain the legal actions to be carried out by a lawyer in a particular case.
