Objective
To provide understanding and basic knowledge of international public law (IPL).
Prerequisites
Constitutional Law, Administrative Law.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
1.After completing the study course, students will get the basic knowledges about international public law: the main terms, subjects, drafting international agreements, the main sub-branches of international public law and and dispute resolution.
Skills
1.After completing the study course, students will be able to select appropriate international legal regulation corresponding to the legal facts and to analyze it from point of view from internatonal public law.
Competence
1.The students will be ready to apply theoretical knowledges in practise preparing different documents, including legal opinions.
