Give students knowledge on the psychological aspects of leadership, as well as on the role of leadership on performance of organizations and teams.

Knowledge
As a result of the study course acquisition students gain knowledge on the psychological aspects of leadership, the role of the leadership on individual, team’s and organizational performance.
Skills
Students will be able to identify and analyse issues related to leadership processes within an organization.
Competence
After completing the course students will be able to evaluate the psychological aspects of leadership within organizations, as well as identify and analyse main leadership issues in particular situations, its causes and look for possible solutions.
