Objective

To promote the growth of knowledge, understanding, psychological skills and competences necessary for students to acquire and improve the mobility techniques of athletes in different sports, by deepening their understanding with the individualised activities of sports specialists in the integrated preparation of athletes.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites for general and developmental psychology, understanding of learning and teaching theories, in-depth specialisation of a sport.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students define, know and understand the psychological and integrative preparation of athletes, define psychological skills, recognise the application of psychological skills in the learning and individualisation process of technical elements of athletes.

Skills

1.Students understand the process of teaching motion technology, its possible individualisation, are able to analyse the required psychological skills of athletes for more efficient learning and improvement of the technology of elements of different sports.

Competence

1.Students are able to develop and modulate the application of psychological skills necessary for an athlete to facilitate the acquisition of a specific technical element and, by evaluating the progress of the acquisition process, to develop psychologically pedagogical recommendations for the improvement of the acquisition process.
