Learning outcomes

Knowledge

Student will learn theoretical explanation of types of interaction, its functions and structure; will be able to describe linguistic, cognitive and environmental factors that influence communication.

Skills

Student will be able to analyze the cases by effectively applying methods of receiving and delivering information, of gaining and building trust, overcoming barriers, and finding adequate ways of conflict resolution to the case analysis.

Competence

Student will develop communication skills, ability to analyze and influence the process of communication in order to build constructive professional relationships with both clients and colleagues.
