Objective

Promote students’ practical skills and skills in performing physical exercises and preparing exercise complexes by ensuring effective use of exercises in health sports classes. Develop the ability to independently manage and present exercise classes by acquiring theoretical knowledge of the role of physical activity in strengthening health, preventing diseases and improving working capacity, as well as professionalism in their practical application.

Anatomy and Physiology.

Knowledge

1.Understand the importance of physical activity in maintaining and preventing health.

Skills

1.Able to plan health sports lessons by tailoring them to different purposes.

Competence

1.Able to adapt physical activity to health for different age groups, physical fitness groups with different health conditions; using the principles of health sports training.
