Repair of hardware and office equipment
All employees of the Riga Stradiņš university (RSU) have the possibility to apply for the repair of RSU hardware and office equipment.
The employee shall contact the IT Service Center about the problem when identifiyng it. For the equipment outsource service is used and it will be placed back to the user when repaired. After the repair and diagnostic work, the costs shall be covered by the budget resources of the department.
Service availability with support of the IT Service centre
- On working days 07.45–20.00
- On Saturdays 09.00-16.00
