Assessment
Unaided Work:
Three case studies in groups that will require presentations and written answers. Two workshop texts followed by seminars with test questions at the end. Preparation of business idea presentation and preparation for presentation. Presentation of business idea to investors at RSU Business Incubator. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
Attendance of lectures and classes - 10%. Activity and quality of independent work - 40%. Final work - 30%. Presentation of the business idea to investors at RSU Business Incubator - 20%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The course will provide knowledge of leadership, its development and history, as well as emotional knowledge. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to name various types of leadership and practical examples of leadership.
Skills:Upon completion of the course, students will have skills in leadership, emotional intelligence and they will know how to apply it in different life situations. In addition, they will be able to distinguish between leadership and management. The course will also develop the ability to motivate and inspire team members, group members, etc. Students will develop their business idea presentation skills in a real and simulated business environment at RSU Business Incubator.
Competencies:Through the group work included in the course, students will develop the competences required to work in and take on different roles within groups. The course will require a number of case studies, which will enable students to use competences of their own, their group members and other groups and exemplified competences. Students will understand the importance, the pace and the high potential of presenting a business idea.
