RSU management congratulates newly elected heads of student representative bodies

On 14 December, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) management – Rector Prof. Aigars Pētersons and Vice-Rectors Dins Šmits, Guntis Bahs, Agrita Kiopa and Toms Baumanis – met with the representatives of the RSU student community and welcomed the newly elected Chairperson of the Student Union (Studējošo pašpārvalde, SP) Alise Luīze Bērziņa and the President of the International Student Association (ISA) Bárbara Silva.

RSU management also expressed its appreciation for the work done by the previous heads Luīze Monta Remese, Elizabete Maija Liepa, and Lucas Risters.

SP and ISA represent the interests of all students at RSU and both organisations hold elections to choose new boards each autumn. The boards hold the highest decision-making power and responsibility for the main events in the lives of students at the University.
