Yale School of Medicine Assoc. Prof of Orthopaedics, Lee Eric Rubin visited RSU
From 17 to 19 September, Associate Professor Lee Eric Rubin from the Yale School of Medicine paid a visit to Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). Prof. Rubin held several lectures and had a meeting with RSU management.
On 18 September Assoc. Prof. Lee Eric Rubin visited RSU Department of Orthopaedics and held lectures on the following topics:
- Tran-Examic Acid and "Combined TXA Dosing" in Total Joint Arthroplasty;
- Evaluating the safety of Revision Hip and Knee Surgery in the Geriatric Population;
- The Keggi Fund for International Orthopaedic Education at Yale.
On 19 September the Associate Professor visited the RSU Institute of Anatomy and Anthropology, the Medical Education Technology Centre and had a meeting with RSU management to agree on further cooperation in postgraduate training and research.
