International Student Ambassadors

RSU developed its International Student Ambassador programme in late 2023 by setting up a framework for future collaboration with students who have participated in various RSU activities over the years. The first six student ambassadors completed a number of tasks assigned to them in 2024 which included participation in RSU Open Days, filming videos about student life in Riga as well creating social media content, among other things.

The programme was continued in 2025 with four student ambassadors, however, even after graduating from RSU several ambassadors have found time in their busy schedules to visit RSU during the Welcome Week for incoming international students and to provide their valuable personal insight in medical studies and life as an international student.

Our student ambassadors have kindly agreed to engage with prospective students by answering their questions and providing comments about all things RSU.
