From 19 to 21 February, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) is taking part in the “School 2026” education fair, where visitors can learn more about study opportunities in Riga and Liepāja.
The fair is held at the International Exhibition Centre in Ķīpsala, bringing together thousands of young people and offering a diverse programme of activities.
On Thursday, a new tradition was launched at the fair – the initiative “Climb together with “School”!”, with the participation of RSU Rector Professor Aigars Pētersons. During the opening, representatives of higher education institutions placed symbolic objects on an environmental installation, reflecting their priorities, challenges, and future goals for 2026. Each object became a story of development, ambition, and a vision for tomorrow’s education.
Visitors are warmly invited to stop by the RSU stand, where they can meet the RSU student media outlet “Skaļāk”, learn about lifelong learning opportunities at RSU, and explore what the “B-Space Business Incubator” has to offer. You can also enjoy a unique hands-on experience by trying dental treatment simulations, wound care in military medicine, injections, and other practical activities.
Feel free to ask RSU students and staff about study options, and also learn more about the programmes offered by the Red Cross Medical College.
Thank you to all RSU students and staff representing the university at the fair, as well as to the organisers of “School 2026”!
