Pauls Jansons is an experienced manager and expert in the field of artificial intelligence, IT solutions and business process automation. He is currently the Director of Artificial Intelligence Development at Tet SIA. He has experience in several software development and implementation projects, including successful integration of SAP solutions and ServiceNow platform implementation, as well as other types of automation. Jansons has also been involved in global supply optimisation and crisis management, as well as setting up and managing a call centre. In recent years, his leadership skills and strategic approach to integrating AI into the business environment have contributed not only to the introduction of technological innovations, but also positive changes in organisational culture.
