Objective

To provide the student with in-depth knowledge that gives an understanding on the legal regulation of administrative violations and the ability to apply such knowledge in practice within the framework of one’s authority.
Tasks:
To develop students’ ability to evaluate the level of public risk of an illegitimate act, develop the skills of recording administrative violations and within the framework of one’s authority, handle cases dealing with such violations, to train practical skills in administrative violations record-keeping.

Prerequisites

Necessary previous knowledge - acquisition of the study course Legal Theory.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

After successful completion of the course, the student will understand the legal tasks of the administrative offense and the conditions for their implementation.

Skills

Will be able to navigate issues of administrative violations and administrative responsibility.

Competence

Ability to independently record an administrative violation, organise record-keeping in an administrative violations case and impose administrative penalties within the framework of one’s authority.
