About Study Course
Objective
To ensure the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in clinical dietetics, learning specific diagnostic and treatment methods.
Learning outcomes
1.About evaluating the patient’s nutrition, about evaluating the specific nutritional needs related to a specific disease, prescribing nutritional therapy and preparing a diet.
1.To assess nutrition (body structure, lack or excess of nutrients, evaluation of laboratory and instrumental examination results).
To assess the required amount of nutrients (kcal, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre, etc.), choose the type and mode of feeding, give appropriate recommendations and prepare a diet for patients with various diagnoses.
1.To analyse the nutritional needs of a specific patient and prescribe nutritional therapy according to the patient’s clinical and socio-economic situation.
