Objective

Develop students’ ability to practically develop, implement and present physical activity programmes based on theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The course promotes awareness of the importance of physical exercise in improving body composition and physical fitness, as well as developing the skills to tailor workout content to different audiences, collaborate in a group and reflect on the experience gained, motivating clients to integrate physical activity into their daily lives as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Anatomy and physiology.

Knowledge

1.Describes health-promoting types of physical activity and their role in health sports.

Skills

1.Select and adapt exercises according to purpose, physical ability and health status.

1.Able to educate and motivate clients about the role of physical activity in promoting health.
