The programme prepares modern managers to implement digital strategies within organisations and to ensure that artificial intelligence operates effectively under human leadership. It offers a broad range of practical knowledge, combining cutting-edge technological insights with essential management skills.
Study content
The programme will provide you with both the theoretical knowledge necessary to understand artificial intelligence technologies, data management principles, and project management methods, as well as practical skills in using AI and data analysis tools. It also places emphasis on developing competencies such as futures thinking, critical thinking, and presenting oneself effectively in digital environments, both in everyday contexts and in times of crisis. Throughout the course of study, guest lectures will be delivered by representatives from Latvian and international companies, as well as universities across the Baltic States and Latvia. The teaching staff of the Digital Strategies and Artificial Intelligence Management programme are predominantly practising professionals in their respective fields, ensuring that the study content reflects current industry realities and the latest technological trends. Although the study courses offer advanced technical insights, they are designed to be suitable for management-level education. The programme does not train technology developers.
