The Department of Prosthetic Dentistry aims to implement innovative and industry focused diploma and post diploma studies, to develop scientific directions of the industry and take active involvement in cross-border cooperation. 

Main areas

  • Diploma studies in accredited study programmes. The department is implementing the following study courses:
    • dental anatomy;
    • preclinical course in prosthetic dentistry;
    • dental prosthetics;
    • integrated dentistry.
  • Implementation of the Second level professional higher education study programme Residency in Medicine, Speciality: Prosthetic Dentist
  • Implementation of continuing education study programmes for medical practitioners
  • Research and pedagogic basis for doctoral students
  • Research (students, residents, doctoral students etc.; international and local scientific projects)
  • Cooperation with other RSU structural units, local and international institutions for the purpose of implementation of the strategy of the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry)
