For Students
Research

‘Almost every student faces a problem at some point that the Student Union can help solve,’ says Līga Pūsepa, the recently elected Head of Science of the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Student Union (Studējošo pašpārvalde, SP) in a video interview.

Pūsepa’s goal is to encourage students to get involved in research and make it more accessible by organising research-related events, providing financial support, and ensuring an open environment for research.

Another important task is preparing for the International Student Conference (ISC) Health and Social Sciences. This is the largest student conference in the Baltics and will take place on an international level for the ninth time this year. This year’s conference will take place on 27-28 March, opening RSU Research Week.
