My name is Hussaina Musaji, and I’m an RSU graduate, Class of 2024. I’m originally from Sweden but have roots in India and Uganda.
I chose to study medicine at RSU because I knew I wanted to study in an international community, as I love learning about new cultures and languages.
In addition, I wanted to study in English, as it is a global language that can support future career opportunities anywhere in the world. RSU was the best choice for me because of its close proximity to my home country and the fact that we, international students, were all in the same boat, learning to navigate a new country and our studies together. That’s why I chose to become an ambassador – to help newly enrolled and future students feel that RSU can, and will, become their home away from home.
