Ms Diāna Beļinska has been working at the RSU International Department since January 2025. She has graduated from the Faculty of Humanities (former Faculty of Modern Languages) of the University of Latvia and holds the Bachelor of Humanities in English Philology. She has also obtained professional degree qualifications as a translator and an interpreter in the University of Latvia.
During her bachelor’s studies, Diāna Beļinska has participated in Erasmus+ mobility where she studied in the University of Joensuu, Savonlinna School of Translation Studies, Finland. She has received the EU Parliament scholarship for enhancing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting in the University of Bradford, the United Kingdom. Her specialty is translation of legal texts.

- Translating and editing texts in English/Latvian/English language combinations
- Processing translation and editing requests submitted by various RSU academic and administrative units
- Providing language-related consultations to RSU structural units
- Managing RSU external translation projects in various language combinations
