Paula Pūcīte has been working at the International Admissions Office of RSU’s International Department since 2025, where she holds the position of International Admissions Officer.
She holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Management from Riga Technical University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from LCC International University. Throughout her studies and previous work experience, Paula has been immersed in diverse cultural and international environments. Over the past three years, while working at a non-governmental organisation, she organised Erasmus+ short-term visits for both students and academic staff.

- Managing the international admissions process
- Preparing documentation for international applicants
- Participating in various RSU events, including Open Days and Welcome Week
- Representing RSU at international education fairs
- Assisting with content management for RSU’s English-language social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)
