Submission process 

RSU staff and stakeholders can submit proposals, complaints, and suggestions on any issue, including employee rights and pay, by: 

  • electronically to ierosinajumiatrsu[pnkts]lv;
  • orally, in writing, or in person to the Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Department, which is responsible for administering and monitoring complaints, and for providing feedback.

Proposals, complaints, and information about an irregularity can be submitted anonymously.

Management process 

Your proposals, complaints, or suggestions will be registered and sent to the relevant structural unit for review, in line with Process Description No. 31 Management of Complaints, Appeals, Irregularities, and Proposals (approved by the Rector 1 July 2024).  

If necessary, the relevant structural unit will carry out corrective or preventative actions to improve internal processes. Feedback on the review of the proposal or complaint will be provided in writing within one month of its receipt.
